The Founding Program

We are opening Phoenix, AZ slowly, and on purpose.

Every referral we send is exclusive — one Pro per job, never resold. That promise only survives if we add Pros at the rate we can actually feed them. So the beta is invite-only: you apply, we review in batches, and the founding cohort stays small enough that the people in it get real work rather than a seat in a bidding war.

Inviting others moves you up the queue

Applications are reviewed in order, and every person who applies through your invite link and confirms their email moves you ahead of the cold queue. Inviting is the difference between being reviewed in the first batch and waiting for a later one — and each step below changes how your application is handled:

  • 11 invite — Lock your founding spot
  • 33 invites — Priority on your ZIPs + trades
  • 55 invites — Front of the line + a 1:1 onboarding call

What inviting does not do

It does not lower the bar. A valid Arizona ROC licence and proof of insurance are pass or fail, and no number of invites changes that. Invites buy you speed and standing, never approval — and they never pay. Money comes from referringjobs, which is a different thing entirely.

That distinction matters more than it might sound. Homeowners are told every Pro here is licensed and insured. The moment invitations could buy their way past that, the promise is worth nothing — and so is being the Pro who earned it honestly.

Your terms, held for 12 months

The rate you agree stays put for a full year — and the clock starts when you go live and can actually receive matches, not on the day you apply. Waiting on our review never burns your term.

First call on your ZIPs and trades

Founding members get priority on the areas and trades they work before anyone outside the cohort is matched there.

A say in the pricing

The headline rate is not set yet. It emerges from what founding Pros tell us is fair, which only works if you are in the room early.

How the review works

    You apply

    A short form — your trade or your referral network, the areas you cover, and how to reach you. Under two minutes.

    You share your invite link

    Everyone who applies gets one. Each person who joins through it moves you up, and they land ahead of the cold queue too.

  3. 3

    We review in batches

    Licence and insurance are checked first, then we work down the queue. People who invited others are reviewed earlier — that is the whole reward.

  4. 4

    You activate

    Once you are live and able to receive matches, your founding term starts and your terms are locked for 12 months.
